My buttons play and rec buttons and more doent work on my S88 mk2 and s 49

I have an s88 mk2 and a s49 and i got the same problem on both using the same computer. All sound are working.

Preset buttons are working and the knobs are working

But the rec, quantize, play , metro and more are not working.

I read an earlier answer and tried to give access to full disc but it didnt work

Please help

Mostly it's a missing Direct X driver. Do you work with actual Direct X.
