Reactivating my Traktor S5 controller on a new macbook

Hi,

I bought a new macbook air and would like to reactivate my S5 controller, just for fun.

Can anyone tell me what the best way is to download the correct software? It's not entirely clear.

Also, can you run the software using the serial number even if it's registered on another macbook?

    You will have to register the serial to you ACCOUNT. Which you hopefully already did at some point.

    Then download native access and log into that account. Should allow you to download Traktor.

    If you already registered the serial to an older account and forgot the login / access to your old email, it's going to be more complicated and only support can help you. Good luck.
