Configure akai midi mix to maschine + to control volume + mute / solo

Hello all,

I would like to connect my akai midi mix to maschine to control the levels + the mute solo kinda like if I would connect the maschine jam to maschine. I am able to connect a regular midi keyboard to the maschine + to play an instrument.

The maschine + detects the midi akai controller but it seems I have to configure the midi settings for the akai midi mix controller.

I haven't found yet how I can assign my volumes, mute and solo options to a midi controller in maschine +, if somebody knows how to, it would be really helpful.

    @dthedarius It's not possible to MIDI learn in Maschine Plus. You could try to make a template in the Maschine desktop on your computer, do the MIDI learn with the controller for every track / group / sound you wish, save it and load the template in Maschine Plus.

    You can MIDI learn level, pan and mute per sound, only mute and pan for the group. It's not possible to assign a solo/unsolo to MIDI (as far as I know).

    I'm not sure if this actually works, but could be worth a try.
