Possible to set aftertouch of s61?

can we set the aftertouch of the komplete kontrol s61 mk2 (when I look at the curve in my cubase midi editor, only the beginning of the note is represented ....

  Doesn't it depend on the specific instrument and how the aftertouch is applied by the creator? Not all instruments have AT implemented or added as an effect.
