KOMPLETE 13 Promo Offer: does it really ship with KONTAKT 6?

I have a bunch of samples I want to use with a new KONTAKT 6. Here's my question: Does the KOMPLETE 13 – FLASH SALE really come with a fully licensed KONTAKT 6, i.e. the full sampler? Or is it just the Kontakt Player?

Oh, I didn't know that this "Flash Sale" is a thing since it's nowhere directly advertised on the NI web site.

But yes, it comes with the full version of Kontakt 6. Only Select comes with the Player version.
