Unable to add audio files to Deck A

New to Traktor. Went through the tutorials found on this site. Using a MacBook and converted files to MP3 but unable to move audio files to Deck A.

    Is it about DragDrop or Playing?

    Can you load the Trak to Deck B or s it the same?

    Can you load the Track manualy to Deck A (for example: Shift Left)?

    If Playing - may you have no sound routing / sound card, like in this Pic.

    Traktor needs a least one connected Audio Device to play.

    Maybe these settings are conflicting.

    When the first is checked, you have to stop the deck before you can load a track into it.

    When the second is UNchecked, you have to stop the deck playback manually every time.
