Beatport subscription doesn't work

it doesn't work with the Beatport on Traktor 3 plus.

What can I do?

    Hi @CHRISTIAN007 did you get a separate email with a Beatport voucher after purchasing Pro Plus? Note that the code is valid on an Advanced tier for first-time subscribers only.
