Hello I have a problem with Kontakt 7. I loaded Deep Pool by Session Audio via Native access. But I can only see and hear it in LIBRARY where its All Banks work fine, while it does not appear in Libraries. So I can't use it. Can anyone help me?

Some instruments are only designed to appear in the left Libraries panel within Kontakt 7 and others appear in both areas.

This one does appear to feature full NKS support and should appear in the new "Library" view in Kontakt.

But - do remember - there is no requirement to use the Library view for anything. Using the standard left panel in Kontakt 7 is how I still use all my libraries that are there. If Previews are your thing - then by all means - using the Library view is helpful.

But you did not specify what your OS is, what version of Native Access you are using or what version of Kontakt - so it is hard to troubleshoot.

this is what happens when I try to load DEEP POOL manually in Kontakt. I get this Demo version that doesn't make any sound.

This product does not run from the Files tab and any attempt to do so will result in "DEMO".

You need to show us the Libraries tab (and even better - the Library View) - which is where this product should be launched from.

Also - you screencap shows at least 3 different attempts to install this product:

Which will not help make this right. Definitely an install issue of some sort.

How did you install the library? Please install with Native Access. Then the library should be available in the browser, you shouldn't have to load it through the files browser like shown on your screenshot.

Please open Kontakt in standalone to see if the library shows and can be loaded.

Make sure that Native Access, Kontakt and your DAW all have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

If the library still does not show in the browser, try to reset Kontakt's database.

     Reinitialize the Kontakt Database

    1. Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.

    2. Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments.
    3. Depending on the Kontakt version you are using, delete the following folder:
      Kontakt 5: "Kontakt 5"
      Kontakt 6: "Kontakt"
      Kontakt 7: "Kontakt 7"
      Kontakt 8: "Kontakt 8"
    4. Start Kontakt as a standalone application (not in your DAW).

This is unlikely to be the cause / fix but I would also encourage you to install the latest version of Kontakt 7.10.8.

There are a number of bug fixes and performance improvements that have been added since the version you're on, including that it's up to 600% faster.
