Komplete kontrol I rescanned, but it didn't solve

komplete kontrolをリスキャンしたのですが、シャットダウンの後、logicを起動しても、同じ結果で音が選べないのですが。どうしたら良いですか？

I rescanned the komplete kontrol, but even if I start logic after shutting down, I can't select the sound with the same result. What should I do?

Have you tried loading the sounds in Komplete Kontrol standalone? If so do you get the same error?
