Beatsource Issue

Hello - I can't see the new tracks I'm adding to my playlists in Beatsource website in Traktor 4. I'm facing this issue only today. Is there anyone with the same issue? TY

    Hello. I was in communication with beat source heldesk team and they confirmed the issue is now fixed.

    They fixed on:

    Pauly (Beatsource Customer Support)

    Hey!

    I havent heard of this tbh. If it was working before maybe a simple restart should work.

    The issue is related with a new category named "DJ Exclusives". That new genre within beatsource is not showing up in TP4.

    As you can see the songs on that playlist is not showing any tracks within Traktor

    Hey, I'd love to jump in and try to help you out. I couldn't reproduce the problem myself. I can see the exclusive playlists on Beatsource and stream them directly, as well as add them to the offline locker.

    Traktor Pro 4.2.0 34 / macOS Sonoma 14.7.6

    Which version of Traktor do you have installed, and are you on Windows or Mac?

    Hey! As @Owner mentioned, Which version of Traktor do you have installed? Did this started happening after 4.2.0?

    Have you already tried logging out and back in? It could be a connection issue.
