Windows 11 blocking Access opening up (Smart App Control)

Hey all! So I just upgraded to Traktor 4 on my new laptop and to download it, I need Native Access right? Well, stupid Windows 11 has a 'Smart App Control' AI program that won't let me open Access because it 'may be unsafe because they're not sure who wrote it or if it's safe'. I've Googled it, there is no way to select individual programs so I can override and also, if I turn SAC off, I can not turn it back on without doing a FULL Windows restore. Lame right? I'd rather not turn it off because it's actually a very useful safety device but I might have to just to get Traktor up and running. Anyone run into this problem or know how to get around it?

I am aware of this app - but "getting around it" would defeat it's purpose.

I would be asking myself exactly what benefit this serves - which is basically none (do I really want this thing stopping every app I ever try to install?) Then I would turn it off and carry on.

Just checked mine here - and I disabled this thing via Group Policy when I built this OS image.

Never gave it a thought until this post.

Yeah I'm getting to that point. All this Windows 11 AI stuff seems to be complicating things more than it's making things easier.
