Disk error in traktor pro 4 with beatport streaming

If I want to load a track from beatport it keeps saying disk error, can someone help me?

    Hey!
    Make sure your Beatport Link subscription (Advanced or Professional) is active and supports DJ software integration. Beatport Link Essential does not allow DJ software integration.

    • Go to https://api.beatport.com/v4/auth/login/ in your web browser. This will log you out.
    • Close your browser.
    • Restart Traktor Pro 4.
    • Go to Traktor Preferences > Streaming and log back into your Beatport account.
