Izotope Neutron 5 > relay

Hello,

Not easy to get support now with Izotope. Looks difficult too with Native.
I have Neutron 5 and Ozone Imager 2 but I can't find the relay plugin. So I can't use Virtual Mixer without having a CPU in the red.
Plus it's impossible to get support from izotope? I can't select a tag in the list.

    Hello,

    have you installed the relay plugin and your DAW just doesn't show it or do you miss it completely?

    Hello,

    The relay plugin isn't supposed to be in the neutron 5 package installation? Same for Ozone Imager 2 as I read relay should be integrated. I just installed both via Izotope Portal and there is nothing to choose. I tried yesterday to download from Izotope website but it's the same issue.

    ..and plus, the component is not in the folder ..Audio\Plugin

    As far as I understand it, it should be part of neutron 5 so you are able to use the visual mixer also part of neutron 5 as you can see here:

    Have you bought the products via native instruments or from izotope or a serial for the izotope website and it's product portal?

    You could maybe try this, even if you should already own it:

    Finally works. I just reinstalled my Izotope product portal. Relay is a plugin to install separately.
