Aggragate Audio device for Windows

Is it possible to run multiple audio interfaces with a Windows computer?
I've got an old Mac mini & the ability to aggregate multiple devices is built in. When I bought this computer, it wasn't something you could do on Windows... it was Windows 10 at the time. If I were to buy a Windows 11 machine would I be able to continue working the way I do now, or would I have to get used to using only one device?

You can do it with 3rd party programs such as Asio4all and VB-Audio VoiceMeeter Banana.
I often had trouble with those; your milage may vary.

I used VB-Audio VoiceMeeter (the free version) for a very long time, since when i only had a laptop with an internal audio chip.
Today, in my newer desktop i still use it (the Pro version, Voicemeeter Potato), even if i now have multiple audio hardware!
For me, it's a "must have" application, for everyone. It can mix anything to everything!
