You need to show us the Available view in Native Access.

Also thinking that because you have GR7 Player already installed - you may need to uninstall that first.

Do not think that just because you have a retail serial for GR Pro that Native Access will magically turn Player to Full.

Have seen this with Kontakt Player/Full in the past.

And again - it is critical to check your NI account and make sure that retail GR7 serial is actually listed. If not - no amount of activity in NA will make it appear.

Actually I didn't install the GR7 Player at first. But it didn't show up, so earlier today I installed it, just to see if that might be the problem. The available window is empty. Everything is installed.
I guess it's the connection between my Bundle with iZotope that isn't connected somehow here to Native Instruments. Don't know why and how to fix this or check how they are connected.
I guess they need to "talk" to each other to make the connection. But how?

Please go back and check the conversation here.

You checked that Guitar Rig 7 Pro were not on your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page ,

you told that it was not there , which in turn means that Guitar Rig 7 Pro will not show in Native Access .

Then I asked that you check your emails to find the serial , which made you tell that "Everything was downloaded, but not Guitar Rig 7 which is from Native Instruments. The NI serial number is in another format."

I then showed you serial number formats and gave you link to a help page about registration.

    .

In short you need to find the Guitar Rig 7 serial number and register it in Native Access before it will show.

If you do not have the Guitar Rig 7 Pro serial then contact "Music Store in Sweden (online)." and ask them to give you the Guitar Rig 7 serial number so that you can register it in Native Access.

    .

Please follow the conversation, thank you .

Ok, so that serial number should be from the seller? I thought it wa included in the product I bought.
That the serial number was shown by iZotope, since it's included in their product (not what the store is selling). But I'll give it a try.

Thanks for your help. But I guess it will be iZotope that need to help me after all. We'll see.

    :-)

Great , then you only need to use it in Native Access Add serial function then that ought to give you the Guitar Rig 7 Pro in Native Access after a computer reboot. Else we might need to reset Native Access and uninstall - reinstall GR7Pro
