Unable to import to Maschine library

I downloaded a sample pack, and if I try to import it into Maschine 3, it shows me this notice.

I tried using the import button at the bottom of the Files tab, and going to Maschine Library settings. The notice still pops up. How do I fix this?

Should the sample pack be in the same folder as my Maschine Central Library? Or does that not matter?

    Hello! I redownloaded the sample pack and reinitialized Maschine to rebuild libraries. It it is now showing up. Thank you all for your help.

    Hello,

    i have an extra folder next to the native libraries folder called "samples" and there i put in all my sample packs, i have also tagged them for faster search. I would also recommend to put them in an extra folder.

    I made a copy near the native library and rescanned. The same notification pops up if I try to import any folders from the sample library.

    maybe you have added a parent folder, then this can happen too

    My Maschine 3 Central Library and my downloaded Samples are in Users > Shared > Native Instruments.

    How do I get my downloaded samples to show up in my Maschine 3 library?

    I think your problem is that you are using your desktop as user library. This is generally a bad idea.

    Desktop is not meant to be neither library location, neither storage place.

    It is not even a "proper" folder. Maybe this is causing your issue.

    Please use a different folder and see if this helps. You can add as many folders as you like in user library, there's no need to bind yourself in one location only (i have over 50!)

    Ok. It won't let me remove the desktop as the Standard User Directory. How do I remove it, and what do I change my standard user library to?

    I also added the sample pack to the user libraries and rescanned, but it still won't show up in Maschine. What do I need to do to get it to show? I tried reinitializing the Maschine DAW but still no success.

    Have you tried to change that folder back to the "maschine 3" folder as it was, o see this one is missing but should be there. Maybe you have changed the folder instead of adding a new location while trying to get your stuff working.

    Added it. But the Sample Pack still won't show in my library :/

    Is this sample pack, audio files only (wav, aiff, flac)?

    Also in order to see the samples, if they are just samples, you have to select the little man sign on the left in the upper browser area.
