Can't Select or Set Grid in Traktor Pro 4

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with Traktor Pro 4: I can no longer select or set the Grid for tracks.

  • The "Grid" option is missing from the drop-down menu (see attached screenshot).
  • I also can't set a Grid manually — nothing happens when I try.

Any idea what could be causing this? The track is analyzed and loads fine otherwise.

    you are in the cue tab (move/cue/grid).

    go to the grid tab,

    this is different than traktor pro 3.

    i think i figured it out:
    the grid marker doesn’t show up as a white “cue point” in one of the 8 hotcue slots anymore — it only appears as a small white marker in the waveform display. correct?? thnx

    Exactly. Although there is also a white cue point that looks like the old gridmarker (big and white) but is really just a hotcue. You can't make a hotcue into one of those by hand, but one of the analyse options will create one on top of the actual (small and white) gridmarker if selected. I don't have a clue what this is about, but i am telling you for completeness.
