Hello, I recently updated my Traktor software because of an email I received from you. Once on your website, I saw that, based on the licenses I have, I was eligible for the update, which I did. Since then, nothing works, I normally run Traktor scratch Duo on an old Windows 8 laptop. I installed the update on my Apple macbook pro M3 to find out that my setup won’t work because of the M3 chip set. I also have a mac mini running on M4 pro… Is there anything I can do to keep using Scratch Duo or any other type of control vinyl, on my M3 macbook?

    Traktor Pro 4 should work on your mac.

    The Scratch Duo on your windows 8 should also still work. That should not be affected by the install on the apple laptop.

    Is there something specific that does not work?

    Yes, pro 4 works fine on my mac and Scratch Duo also on the Windows laptop. The problem is the Windows laptop is extremely old and the sound is affected because of the battery. What I would like to do is use Scratch control with Traktor pro 4 and that's what doesn't work, I think the Scratch Duo sound card (Audio 4) isn't supported with the M3 chip set. Is there an alternative?

    I don't know what vinyl you have, but if you got the ones that came out AFTER Traktor Pro version 2.1.1 they should still work.

    Yes, the audio 4 and 8 does not work any more on modern mac. Audio 10 and 6 still work. If you want something new Reloop FLUX is a modern DVS interface.

    But any interface that works with your mac should also work with Traktor. For example I use a DJ mixer with build in interface, a xone 96. Works like charm. It's just an example, there are also cheaper mixers.
