Komplete Kontrol nks2 knob function

Currently, I have successfully allocated the right knob link to e.g. the Gforce Imposcar plugin within my setup, and this mapping is working nicely. I’ve saved the configuration as a preset, and the workflow is quite smooth. However, I’m now looking to take it a step further by optimizing this setup within Komplete Kontrol.

Specifically, I’m interested in adding custom header descriptions to the individual knob definition pages. This would not only improve the clarity of each control but also help organize them more efficiently within the software. I would like to understand how I can incorporate these descriptions and potentially reorder or adjust their positioning within the interface to enhance usability.

Furthermore, I would like to explore how to expand this optimized mapping structure by utilizing the full range of NKS2 features. More specifically, I’m curious about how to integrate the new 'Edit' function and leverage the individual sub-button levels within the mapping. How can I make the most of these new NKS2 possibilities to streamline my workflow, improve control, and add more depth to the mapping process? Any guidance on how to best utilize these advanced features would be greatly appreciated.

One crucial question I have is whether I need a dedicated editor to make these adjustments and fully utilize the NKS2 features. Is there an external tool or specific editor required for customizing these elements, or can this be done directly within Komplete Kontrol? Any guidance on how to best approach this would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

There is no way for users to access NKS2 (easily), it is designed for developers and no edit functionality appears in KK for NKS2 at all…

NKS1 functionality is what you can access which is more widely accepted as it works on KK MK1, MK2, MK3, A series, M series and all Maschine controllers…. NKS2 just works with MK3

If interested there is a full pre-mapped library available for Imposcar here:
