How long does in take to receive keycode for Komplete Kontrol Ultimate 14 bundle.

Its been almost a week and still no key code for the ultimate 14 bundle. Is this normal? Just spent $4500 AUD

    how did you go with this?

    I just unpacked my S88 yesterday and registered the hardware. I assumed that Komplete Ultimate would show up in My Products by now.

    You don't get Komplete Ultimate for free. You have to buy it.

    The keyboards come with Komplete Select.
