Traktor S4 MK3 Fader problem

Hi, I have just bought a Traktor S4 MK3. When I pres play on a track and my fader is down there is sound coming out of the master. When I push the fader up than the sound falls back down and I can adjust the volume. I use the software traktor pro 4.11.23 and also tested with older versions traktor 3 and I have the same problem. I can't find how to calibrate it. You can see it in the movie here below

Go to Preferences→Loading. Uncheck the boxes that reset controls. If checked, every time a track is loaded, the SW fader goes to 100%, irrespective of HW fader position.
