Komplete Band for Akai (MPC Key 37)

I bought with a voucher from Akai Komplete Select Band for Akai.

In my NI account is a seriell Number, but it will be not accept in my MPC Key 37. I think it is to short or a wrong number.

Has anybody a Idea?

    Komplete doesn't install on your MPC standalone. It's for your desktop/laptop DAW.

    System Requirements

    macOS 12, 13, and 14 (latest update)

    Windows 10 or 11 (latest Service Pack)
