Can I sell an unregistered license?

I have a license that I have never registered, I think that because of this, I only have to give the serial number and the buyer will be able to enter it in Native Access?

Hello Flow77, if this is a product gthat is purchased separately, yes you can just send it to the new owner and they can register it to their account.

However, if this is a product that is coming with the hardware as a supplement software, then it is not transferrable and will only be transferred with the hardware serial number's transfer.

I believe if this license came with a keyboard- it is non-transferable unless you send the keyboard along with the transfer.

Maybe. But it is mostly case for SW that is bundled with NI HW. And Komplete 13 Standard is not bundled with NI HW, Komplete x Select is/used to be bundled with some of NI HW…

IMHO, OP might have K13 Std. Upgrade from Select. That was added to bundle at discouned price. But generally that discounted price used to be the same/similar as if one would buy it separately. So, no real need to be tied to HW.

But better to ask NI support.
