I was charged but didn’t receive my product or confirmation email

Hi, im reaching out because i went to buy guitar rig 7 pro and i did split payments. I was charged $52 but didn’t receive my product nor a email confirming my purchase???

  @Mirr I see that you contacted my colleagues from support, which is the way to go, they just got back to you, hopefully they can work it out.
