I have an original license from new and S4 mk1 Controller on 2012 MBP El Capitan 10.11.6 - it still works well but due to its age i have been steadily replacing parts on the MBP - as i had to replace the keyboard i stupidly thought i'd replace the motherboard at the same time (its pretty much had everything else changed apart from the unibody case ) now am trying to reactivate my software but cant get Native Access to install (tried the closest few legacy installers ) all have same error - "No Compatible Update Found" - have signed out of iCloud and cleared cache etc etc problem remains - is there a way i can get native Access to run on this old machine? Is there a min requirement for OS that Pro2 and S4 mk1 will both be compatible with? - im going to try putting the old motherboard back in case this might work for now but if it doesnt i really do need to figure out how to get Pro2 and S4 working again - please help

I think that you should be able to get the download from the page Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS :

    E.g. for OS X 10.11 :

    Product

    First Supported
    Version

    Last Supported
    Version

    Controller Editor

    TRAKTOR PRO 2

    Info

    2.10.0

    2.11.3

    2.1.0

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

Hi Thanks for the link but i was hoping to avoid a re-installation - i already have an installed version but as I've tried to swap out out the mother board it wants a new verification code. This requires Native access but cant find a version of NA that will install - i have downloaded various versions but none successfully work on my setup - quick update - have reinstalled old mother board and all works fine now - guess I'll have to leave it like that
