INstalled Products Showing in NA but not in DAW (Logic)

Very very very frustrated user here. Searched through various posts but no joy. Situation: bought Analog Dreams, Ethereal Earth and Hybrid Keys a while back, didn't use for a while and then had to upgrade my Mac OS. Now, after various attempts to get it to show up in kontakt and my DAW (Logic 10.5.0), only my previous purchase of VI One and the Kontakt factory selection shows up (pls see screenshot). I'm so tired of this problem and it just doesn't make sense any more. I've installed, re-installed, changed location, repaired, deleted the NativeAccess.xml file etc. Can someone pls help.

From the font in the header it looks like you're running the Kontakt 6 plugin, the one that's confusingly just called "Kontakt" rather than "Kontakt 6". The version of Ethereal Earth you have installed requires Kontakt 7.6 or higher and Analog Dreams requires Kontakt 8.2 or higher.
As Native Access is only showing K7 and K8 installed I'd guess you have an older version of the Kontakt VST/AU lying around somewhere on your system. Check the versions showing the plugin manager. Mine are showing as 7.10.7 and 8.3.0 for K7/K8

And the OP appears to be running Native Access v1. Which is essentially dead in the water now.
Native Access v3.17.0 is required to have any success here.

A couple of notes: Native Access shows Kontakt 6 installed (listed only as Kontakt, with the 6.8.0 showed only below in the version but no number in the name). It’s even the only full version he has (7 and 8 are the Players).
Native Access 1 is still not dead (they even postponed its deprecation…although it will come soon anyway). In facts… still using it here, without big issues (it could have with the latest products released…but not in the case expressed here).
What mykejb said about the requirements is correct… but OP has 7 and 8 Player installed, which are enough to run those libraries versions (they don’t require Kontakt Full).
In Kontakt Standalone the libraries should appear if you open Kontakt 8 Player instead of Kontakt 6 Full. In Logic they will never appear: they are Kontakt libraries, not plugins, only Kontakt will appear and then, inside of it, you should find them (always if you load the newer Player versions).
A couple of other available solutions eventually (if you can’t/ don’t want to open Kontakt 8 Player):
- In this thread Jeremy posted previous versions of libraries compatible with Kontakt 6. You can install the ones you need so they will appear and open in your Kontakt 6 Full:
2. Install and use Komplete Kontrol. I think that if you load it and then load those libraries by directly selecting one of their presets, KK will probably load the right version of Kontakt….in this case 8 (or 7) Player (but I’m not that sure on this one…)

Oops … I didn't scroll the image right to see K6 was installed 😊 good catch!

@Vocalpoint @mykejb Thanks!. I checked my DAW and lo and behold I had Kontakt 6.80, 7 (7.10.7) & 8 (8.3.0), deselected 6.8.0, did a quick check if my libraries showed up, no joy. Downloaded the latest NA from the website directly, also downloaded Komplete Kontrol (as option 2), and re-downloaded/re-installed all my libraries. So, this is how things currently work: VI.One appears to only work with Kontakt 6 ,,while Analog Dreams, Ethereal Earth and Hybrid Keys all work fine with Kontakt 7 or 8.
The above means I still have multiple versions of Kontakt running, but the key thing is I can now use my libraries in my DAW. Much appreciated, everyone, thank you!
