Preset Subfolders

I've created my own presets, and purchased presets from others - the quantity of presets that I have to choose from is becoming unwieldy. I'd like to group them into categories by designer and preset pack name. Most VST will allow preset selection from subfolders to make it easier to find things; will that basic feature ever get added to MassiveX?

It’s one of the oldest requests for users to be able to create their own banks, NI are crazy for not doing this.

In the end I asked the creator of an app for adding banks to Komplete Kontrol and Maschine if he could add Massive X banks as the format is very similar. You can add your own images too

I'm hoping for a solution within MassiveX. It wouldn't be a difficult programming task, I'm not sure why it's not been implemented. And it seems weird that MassiveX hasn't been written to have a stand-alone version like most of NI's other applications. Like, is the developer for MassiveX just not very good? Or maybe they don't even have a developer anymore?

So was I but after years of trying to get this across to NI it helps to at least have a plan B. Honestly you would think it would be obvious that users need to be able to create their own banks, and I know sound designers including from some of the big companies who have told me they would like to make commercial third party banks for Massive X but don’t want their creations to be lost in a list of hundreds or thousands of user patches. NI have shot themselves in the foot over this and I can’t think of any rational explanation other than NI wanting to keep preset development for Massive X in house. The consequence of this is that, unlike the OG Massive, Massive X has very few third party banks and this is clearly impacting on interest and sales.
