dvs skipping in Traktor Pro 4

hiI would like some information about traktor pro 4.

I am using vinyl players with dvs system and I am trying to calibrate the discs without success. I have done all the necessary checks but there is no way to solve it.

has any other user encountered this problem? could there be some bug in the program?

    Works fine for me.

    Is your problem some kind of needle skipping or that you can't calibrate?

    rom traktor when I put the needle on the record I get the message "calibrating" and immediately after the message "vinyl skipping".

    I use ortofon concorde club needles (new) and dvs traktor vinyls

    from traktor i can't calibrate the discs.the message "vinyl skipping" keeps popping up
