Komplete 10 ultimate
Hi, I am having issues with some of my products on native access coming up as demos even though I have Komplete 10 Ultimate.

Hi, I have tried these.
The problem started after I contacted the support year ago. I purchased the upgrade to ultimate 14 CE.
It registered and I had access to the products. After contacting support I was advised that I am unable to upgrade from a NFR version of ultimate, even though I had already done that. Its made a mess of my account, and its progressively getting worse now. Battery, Massive and some products that are included in 10 ultimate and 14 ultimate CE are coming up as demos now.
Please help, this is destroying my projects and my release schedule.
