I bought it second-hand and the serial number was already in the registration. Can you help me with a new serial number please?.

I have an old serial number from the bottom of the keys, I bought them at a flea market. Unfortunately, I can't find the previous owner, are you able to offer me a license please?

    The seller should have asked for a License Transfer (the original serial is already registered in his account probably).

    Since you can’t contact him to ask for it, your only chance is to contact support (maybe by using those links that the error message provides you).
