Add images to 3rd party Kontakt Libraries
Hi,
I came across this thread looking for a way to add images to 3rd party Kontakt libraries, but after following it, I've found that even though my libraries are imported and I can use them, their folders cannot be found in the images directory.

Do I have to manually create the folders?

Yes you do but it’s not hard as long as the folder name matches the library name you have given it during the import

Go to images folder (C:\Users\Public\Documents\NI Resources\image) —> mouse right-click —> select: New>Folder
Name it exactly as the library name is (all lower case, no capitals).
Inside that folder add your custom images, in the same way as we do for NKS presets.

Thanks!
Done!
Now, how do I tag the vendor to make it searchable? Will I have to do that patch-by-patch?0 -
Unfortunately tagging isn't possible because NI 'in their wisdom' decided to make these read only and I haven't found a way round that yet (not even moving them to user)

That, is tricky… and you can not do it through Kontakt, as far as i know at least

Well, that's too bad.
Thanks you two!

So, I've tried adding some banners that I was hoping would load when I load a preset, but all I get is the Kontakt 7 logo…
It looks like the picture quality of the screenshot may have been dithered. If you need any details, please let me know.
