Traktor X1 MK3: Browser & Beat Jump Knobs are too sensitive (comparing to Kontrol S4 MK3)

Dear Community,
I have recently purchased Traktor X1 MK3 controller and happy with it. The only concern I have is that 'Browser Navigation' & 'Beat Jump' knobs are too sensitive to touch (comparing to Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 which I also have and love it!).
So when I navigate through my library using these knobs - no problem, but when I adjust my beat jump size and "jumping" then I feel like the rotation feeling is lacking resistance — it is too easy and I accidentally "jump" more than I want. Especially, I feel it when adjusting beat jump size. There is no such issue on Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3, while knobs looks the same. Why?
My only question is - is this common 'issue' for all Traktor X1 MK3 devices or just for mine (production defect)? I expected the behaviour as on Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3.
Thanks in advance,
Yan

Definitely return the unit and ask for newer version with correct potentiometer resistancy. It is a known issue.

They changed the knobs a bit after the release. Where did you buy it?

I've bought it from a reseller store in Poland. It was marked as 'open box' but still with full guarantee.

If you buy from the NI shop you will probably get the newer knobs. But we can't guarantee it.
I have the "sensitive" knobs and got used to it.

Same knobs here but I still load wrong tracks sometimes.
