translate all languages in traktor

Hello, I play a lot of music around the world, and I have a problem with the transcription of many different languages, for example when I play a Greek, Chinese or Russian artist, I don't see the name appear in the traktor name window.

An idea of where the problem comes from or how I might remedy the situation ?
