    One weird thing is I ported the file over to my Windows 11 pc and the bug returned. Deleted all my duplicates and it is still happening.

    You'll figure it out. The modifiers in the right place and no duplicates in the list will do the trick. Just check again. There is no reason to assume this happens without an assignment in one of your mappings that triggers without regard to the modifier condition you set. Period.

    That's what I would also assume, which is why it is funny that it is still bugged. Sometimes technology just doesn't make much sense at all.
