where can I get one ?

Got a secondhand unit , and a foot was missing, but it’s brand new , unregistered, so for £160 , I don’t really want to return it , asked the seller , he’s gonna have a look , but in the meantime thought I’d ask here

is the x fader meant to have zero resistance?

    Hey!

Regarding the license transfer, you could contact support, send us a copy of your invoice and a picture of your serial number to help you with the license transfer.

Regarding the replacement foot, I believe there are some options on Amazon you could maybe take a look into.

thanks , it was unregistered, so as new , I have successfully registered it , the hardware shows up in my account , but I didn’t get Traktor 4 , I didn’t get a welcome email , with confirmation , I think I got V3 , because that appeared in native access , but there’s no serial for that in my account, it could of already been native access.

I’ll have a look for the foot on Amazon.

sorted the foot , cut the other front one in half , as it’s quite wide , and it had a little line down it
