Komplete Audio MK2 and audio not playing

The audio/video on my pc doesn't play until I unplug and replug my Komplete Audio MK2. Until I do that the audio/video will buffer whether it is a video playing on something like youtube or music like Spotify

I have the latest firmware of 0.3.6 installed and the latest drivers 5.22.0 as well. When I installed the 5.0.0 driver the pc didn't recognise the interface at all, so I reinstalled 5.22.0

The PC is running Windows 10 Home and the processor is an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz

How do I fix this?

    Hello,

    have you checked that the audio MK2 is set as default device in the windows audio settings? Do you have any other audio devices installed, if you don't use them, like the ones from your graphics card (HDMI audio,...), disable them in the device manager.

    Yes, I've got it set as default and also have disabled the other devices but not much change so far. I'm wondering if it is a windows problem not a native instruments one.

    I would guess it's a windows issue. Could be also USB power down, a power saving function. You can disable it under energy savings or something like that. You could try what's suggested here:

    @stephenjtrent Are all your music softwares and Windows system set to the same sample frequency? sometimes different sample frequencies cause this kind of issues. Is it the same if you use the WASAPI driver?
