Ableton 11/12 + S49 Mk1

Hey everyone,

I've been using the Komplete Kontrol S49 MK1 since 2016 and have kept it updated over the years. However, recently, the Scale button no longer displays on my keyboard. Its just working as a standard midi keyboard.

Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, my version is 4.3.0.

However, I’ve noticed that when I press the three dots and select "Controller" in Komplete Kontrol window, it only shows the MK2 and MK3 versions.

Any idea how to fix this?

NI no longer support the MK1 keyboard in komplete kontrol versions above 3.x.x. You will need to roll back to the last version of 2.x.x for your keyboard to be recognised in KK.
