Tracks disappear

I'm adding a track (or more) to an empty playlist.
I restart Traktor and there are no tracks on that playlist.
I'm using Traktor 4.1.1 with Sequoia 15.3.2
Have you stumbled upon a similar situation?

Sorry but you probably didn't apply some of the previous suggestions…
You just wrote (and we can see it the screen shot) that your collection is empty…
So, how is it possible for the playlists to have anything inside, if there is nothing at all in the collection???
I pointed this out (perhaps with different words) few comments above…
The starting place to work with Traktor is to create a collection first, not playlists. Everything outside the collection, it simply does not exists for Traktor.
When you add a music folder in file management, the Traktor becomes aware of this, but still, it does not add automatically anything in the collection! You have to do it either manually (select tracks then —> Add to collection), either by activate the first option below (the one that i have deactivated)
Once your tracks are inside the collection, the playlists will work too.

Hello,
Please post a screen shot of that empty list (which i suspect is not an empty standard playlist, but most probably, the preparation list).
Btw, if you want to keep playlists, you need to create them first.
Right-click on "Playlists" area and select "Create Playlist"
Whatever you put in those lists are permanent, unless if you delete it. Which is not the case with the preparation list, if i remember well… (i don't use preparation list for a decade or more)… :-)

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I already did this and it's the same result.
And after I restart Traktor:

I see…
Are you sure that the selected tracks are added to your collection first, or they are just random tracks you choose?
Also, is it possible this track you are trying to add, to be on a removable drive?
Or on a directory that is not declared in the File management?Remember, you have to declare at least one folder (or many if you want) as your major music folder, and your music should be inside it.

All the conditions are met.
I experience the same issue. :(

@lord-carlos any idea on this?

Odd. At first I thought the collection file does not get saved. But then the playlist would also be gone.
Try moving or renaming your
~/Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor 4.X.X/
folder. That should reset every setting and the whole collection. It looks like you are just starting out anyway.I don't know what is wrong, but maybe it helps.

There's nothing in the collection because I did a fresh install (i did it a couple of times and I'm still experiencing the same issue.
Do you have any more suggestions?
Thank you!
