can't get dj pro 4 to recognize my 2 1200's

I have two 1200 mk2's used with Allen & Heath xone23c that's been configured for the USB to work. wanted to be able to add into my mixes some of the digital music I have. Everything kinda works, I just can't get Traktor dj pro to recognize my turntables.

Did you do the official 23c dvs mod? Will not work without it.
If yes and you use mac, did you allow traktor to use the microphone? https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000471958-macOS-Dialog-App-Name-would-like-to-access-the-microphone
