Can’t download Pro 4, only old software Traktor Pro 3

Hello
I purchased DJ-controller Traktor S4mk3 recently and just activated it, but unfortunately can’t download Pro 4, only old software Traktor Pro 3.
How can I upgrade to Pro 4?

@kv77 Contact support they can sort it out. Have a proof of your purchase date ready. If you buy a S4 Mk3 new by now it should come with Traktor Pro 4. In some cases some sellers still have stock from before the release of TP4. These units are maybe yet linked to a TP3 licence in NI database as they cannot know when it was sold first.

Did you purchase it new or second hand?

Wich OS do you have? TP 4 min. specs are macOS 12 or Win10.

This is true for new units.

But if it is an old unit (for example, one that you bought from a 3rd party seller) i don't think that this applies.

I can't be sure though, however since the user can not see Traktor 4, i might be correct.

Anyway, it is best to contact NI support.
