Why does ARP not work when I press record?

Hi, I am having issues with Arp Play Assist. ARP works fine alone, but when I press record the volume goes very quiet, and I can hardly hear the notes being played. Is this a bug or hardware issue? As I have only had the KK MK3 keyboard for a week and upgrade from a MK2 and I am looking at returning it.

I'm running a Mac Studio Ultra, Sequoia OS 15.3, 128GB ram, 8TB,Komplete Audio interface.

The keyboard is useless at the moment as I can't use the ARP feature. Does any know what the issue maybe, please?
