Help/workaround needed for "download failed" error message on Windows 11

in Native Access

I have recently purchased Komplete 15 and have download the latest version of Native Access in order to enable my purchase. I am running Windows 11.

Every time I attempt to download any app or pack I am greeted with the "download failed" message.

Does anyone out there know any steps that I can take to ensure I can access the software I paid for?

    Hello,

    do you use a VPN or something, you could also try to clear the download folder, or change it to a custom one.

    Thanks Uwe303. I have just had a new hard drive installed because the old one - where I was trying to download the Komplete programs from was giving me grief. Hopefully I won't encounter any further issues.
