Transfer Komplete to New PC

I bought NI Komplete 10 back when it came out and used it for years. I had to build a new PC this year, so I need to transfer my license. It looks like NI went through a website change, and all of my account info is gone. I had to register for a new account, and my original purchase no longer exists. What do I need to do to get back up and running?

    Something to think about while you're waiting for NI support to get back to you.

    Back in the "old days", I had to have TWO different NI logons. One for the store and one for the forum.

    Is it possible that you are using the wrong login/password for the store? Check on that, because it's SUPER rare for anybody to completely lose all of their purchase history for all time.
