Kontakt7 with VelvePro

I bought VELVE Pro yesterday, but unfortunately I'm having a lot of problems installing it. I keep getting error messages about the paths. I've tried everything possible, but it just doesn't work.
I thought the installation would be as straightforward as with Session Guitarist or Symphony Strings. Now I have to get into the technical details in more detail, which I honestly find a bit tedious.
Does anyone have an idea or can help me?

What are the error messages? Can you post a screenshot? What's your operating system?

Well, this location is definitely not a valid one:
This location is for database files and should definitely not be there.
The resolution is not high enough to see the insatllation paths you chose in Native Access here:
Please read this article carefully: How to Change the Install Locations in Native Access

For anything purchased through the NI Shop - you will not get a download link.
First check your NI Account and ensure the product is listed and registered to you.
Then fire up Native Access (using the identical username/password you just used to check your NI Acct).
The Symphony Series products will appear in Native Access under the Available view.
Simply install what you need - when you need.
