KOMPLETE AUDIO 1 - Stopped Working
Today I plugged in the above on my Mac using the usual USB connector. For a moment the lights flashed up on IN1 & IN2 and then nothing. I plugged my mic in IN1 but nothing was picked up by my computer. Not sure what's happened here. Was fine when I used a month ago..

@Oyster Can you try the soundcard on another computer? If it behaves the same then it's probably a hardware failurre and you should get in touch with our Hardware service: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware

Sorted!!! Thanks very much. Just had a go restarting Mac - all good.

Good advice. However, used the link which directed me a page that says "no longer exists", back to customer support where I have already left a message.

Ok - just tried on PC and works! How can that be?? Any suggestions. Using Apple MacAir. I worked a few moths ago when I last used it. Have tried with different USB connectors to Mac.

Ok, so how do you see it's not working? I mean in which software? Could it be just that add microphone setting? macOS Dialog: “*App Name* would like to access the microphone."
If it's generally not recognised by the computer, then If you go in your audio & midi setup (found in Applications > utilities), choose show audio devices, can you see the interface mentioned/seletced?

No it's not there. Computer (Mac) not recognising.
