Kontakt 8 not saving Snapshots?

Hello -

So in Kontakt 8 both in stand alone mode or within Logic 11.1 it will not save a snap shot, what ever is loaded. It's as though it can't find the path to the snapshot folder?

How do I rectify this without doing a full re-install?

Any advice would be appreciated, I'm starting a big project & I need them for safety!

    Try enabling full disk access for Kontakt and Logic

    It's working for me so this isn't a problem inherent to Kontakt

    What is your OS?

    Mac M1, Ventura, latest edition.

    It’s nothing as easy as disk access unfortunately

    I’ve also gone through the process of telling Kontakt where to make a snapshot folder when asked, that didn’t seem to work.

    Any more suggestions welcome 🙏
