Problem Loading Snapshots with Instrument Options Kontakt 7

I'm using Kontakt 7 in Cakewalk and I'm trying to install Snapshots for Abstrung 1.2 via the 'Instrument Options' tab (I've had the same issue with other instruments).

When I click 'Instrument Options', I get a tiny window that won't expand and is too small to see the options inside it. If I click that window, it and the main Kontakt panel freeze. I can't close them down, and Cakewalk also freezes and can't be closed, until I go into Task Manager and end task.

Any suggestions for a workaround or solution would be appreciated.

    Thank you for coming back to me. I updated my ticket this morning to say I had resolved the issue myself.

    I found the solution in this short video.

    The problem does not occur in the standalone Kontakt 7 and my operating system is windows 11.

    @Kerryman Is this only happening inside Cakewalk? If you open. Kontakt 7 in standalone, can you reproduce the issue? What's your operating system?
