What sort of download link are you expecting to get?
If you buy an NI product - you won’t receive anything in the way of a link.Purchases appear in your NI acct. and then in Native Access for an install.

Nothing in where? In your account or in Native Access? If it's not in your account you may not have completed the transaction. If it's not in Native Access you may be trying to see it in an old version of Native Access.
