Battery 4 takes long time to launch (30-60sec)

I can't remember what was the trigger but suddenly the symptom started.

It takes 30-60 sec to launch Battery 4, about both Standalone and plugin.

When one instance already exists, it takes almost no time to launch the second instance of Battery 4.

I reinstalled both battery 4 and Library but no better.

I tried native access 1 and 2 but no better.

I want to use Battery 4 with no stress…
