Traktor pro 3 update with Native access 2

Hi, I can't update to Traktor 3 pro and have the Traktor on my laptop, only I can installed it and open it through Native access 2, any advice? Thanks!

    It is a bit difficult to understand what exactly is meant, and what kind of device is it and which operating system?

    Hello snake, can you please give us more detailed information in this case.

    • What exactly happened?
    • What were you doing when this happened?
    • If an error message appears, what is the exact wording (providing screenshots will be so helpful for us)?
    • Does the problem occur in standalone, plug-in mode or in both?
    • Also please list the troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
